A dedicated women's class. A coaching staff of women. The same technical standard as every other class — and full access to the rest of the academy whenever you're ready.
Most BJJ academies say they're welcoming to women. A handful actually build a program for them. The difference is whether the room on any given day contains other women to drill with, a coaching staff who's been exactly where you are, and a curriculum that treats you as a full athlete — not as a special case.
Women's BJJ runs on its own dedicated schedule, led by a female black/brown belt, supported by a female coaching staff. The techniques are the same. The drilling pace is the same. What's different is the room.
Claim Your Free ClassEvery Women's class is led by a female instructor. Your drilling partner is a woman. Your coaching is from someone who's been exactly where you are.
Not a watered-down version of what the adults do. Same curriculum, same progressions, same belts. The only thing different is the room.
Real-world scenarios — standing clinch, wrist grabs, worst-case positions — are woven into every class, not treated as an afterthought.
Your membership includes the regular adult classes. Cross-train whenever you're ready. Many of our women do.
"A room of women training — not a side hustle, not an afterthought."

Every student is different, but here's who tends to thrive in this program.
Every item below is something you'll experience in your first few weeks. No fluff.
No fluff. Here's the three-step picture of your first day on our mat.
We introduce you to the women who already train. You won't walk onto a mat full of strangers without names.
Your first class is drilling and positional work. Live sparring is opt-in, always — especially on day one.
Every round is watched. Every partner is vetted. The women's program operates by the same standard you'd want for a family member.
Answers to the four things most new members ask before their first class.
Yes. Our women's program includes members who started at zero fitness. The first weeks build the coordination and body-awareness you need. Don't come 'ready' — come and we'll build you.
Our dedicated Women's BJJ sessions are women-only instruction. Women are also welcome in the all-levels adult classes — many members cross both.
We know. A lot of our women joined us after trying other academies. Our room is coached, respectful, and has a zero-tolerance policy for the culture you're worried about. Come on a trial and read the room yourself.
You don't have to. Live rolling is opt-in, and the women's program has plenty of same-gender partners. When you're ready to roll with anyone in the room, you'll be ready.
Still not sure? Just come in. The free class is the answer.
